Chief Hits Terms

By registering for Chief Hits you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Chief Hits, you may only register for one Chief Hits account.

You may not promote Chief Hits in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Chief Hits in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Chief Hits account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Chief Hits. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Chief Hits is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Chief Hits, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Chief Hits account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites. No PTR sites.

*NO Foreign sites! Sites MUST BE at least 80% English language.

*Chief Hits has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

*Cash Outs Are Done Twice A Month - The Beginning Of The Month and Around The 15th Of The Month. Please Bare With Me If I Am Late A Day Or Two Because I Do Have a Design Business Outside of the TE's, And That Takes Priority For Me! I Promise I Will Send It As Soon As I Possibly Can! Thanks!

*Any Member Caught Cheating Will Lose All Monies In Their Account - NO EXCEPTIONS!

*The PayPal Account MUST Be In The Members Own Name(unless married), Or NO Cash Out Will Be Made - This Is To Protect Your Butt And Chief Hits As Well, and We Hope You Understand That!

*To receive commission payments from Chief Hits, members MUST use their REAL/LEGAL name. Your Paypal name and your registered name at Chief Hits MUST match to receive payments. At any time, we may ask for proof of ID to verify your legal identity. Again This Is To Protect Against Fraud.
